Autumn Make Up Games

With the coming of autumn comes the end of the light and airy summer make up. Now that fall has arrived, you need to be protecting your skin from the wind and cold by applying a thicker layer of moisturizer both day and night and toning down any flair in the make up you’ve been wearing.

Cold Weather Protection
As the weather cools off, you’ll likely notice your skin feeling drier. This is due to the drier air outside and the intense baking heat of the heaters turned on in your home, your car and your school. The heater and wind sucks the moisture right out of your skin so your dewy good looks can start to feel tight across your face and even start to chap a bit.

Fix this by applying a nice coat of moisturizer every morning and, after washing your face at night, apply a night cream to help replenish the moisture that has been seeped from your skin during the day.

Autumn Colors
You should also use more earth tones and less pastels and bright shades now that it is fall. Browns, black, grey, reds, and deep blues are nice shades for fall and will give you a more serious look for the season.
