Make Up Games and Your Mind

Make up games have a distinct impression on how you feel and what you want to do with your day. When you feel pretty, you act more confident and can quite realistically have a more productive day. Of course, for some, pretty is a hard term to swallow, especially in a professional sense, but isn’t that the true point of make up games?

Looking Good with Make Up Games
When we were young, we played with make up games to see what sort of things looked good on us. Now that we’re older, we have a better idea of the kinds of make up we like and how we want to put it on. And of course, the make up we’re choosing has more to do with how we feel inside than how we look outside.

When you put make up on, you know you look more polished and pulled together. The effect of wearing the right make up is powerful – your features stand out and you do look pretty. Even those who would rather be tough and professional like make up games because deep inside, they like to look beautiful, too.

Make Up Games and Winter

Baby it’s cold outside and your make up games should reflect the season. In the winter, you’ll want to take especially good care of your face as it will be assaulted in so many different ways. The worst enemy of your face is the sun. But in addition to the sun, over the colder months of the winter you’ll also have the drying effect of heaters and the chapping of the wind.

Your best protection against all of this are a powerful daytime moisturizer with sunscreen and a heavy-duty night cream to keep your skin moisturized and wrinkle free. Treating your skin carefully over the years will reduce the number of wrinkles you see as you get older and begin to experience some of the more powerful signs of aging.

Winter also means your skin will be in stark light often, even harsh light from florescent bulbs and the sun outside. Put on a smooth, light layer of moisturizer under base before adding powder and blush to your regime. You’ll have dewy skin with a bit of color, no matter what the weather is doing or how you feel.

Winter Make Up Games and Skin

When winter rolls around, there are two things that do a number of your skin. The cold, dry wind that blows around every day saps moistures from your skin and can chap your lips, cheeks and even eyelids. The more sensitive skin chaps easily and will need special care to not only prevent the chapping, but to stay even more moisturized to keep things fluid and lovely.

The second problem with winter skin is the heater that keeps you warm. When the heater turns on over and over again during the day and night, all moisture from your skin seems to be leaking away as you’re washed in hot, dry air. Buy a humidifier and put it next to your bed to help your skin stay moist and lather up in a heavy moisturizer every time you take a shower. You’ll need heat in the cold weather, but you can turn the heater down a bit and throw on a sweater to keep some of that intense drying heat away.

Christmas Make Up Games

When the holidays roll around, you’ll want to take some extra steps with your make up games. Playing make up games over the holidays is not only perfectly natural, but it’s a lot of fun as well. Playing Christmas make up games means finding the perfect look for those holiday picture and special occasions. An evening Christmas dance will get a much different make-up look than your holiday party with friends and family around the Christmas tree.

Christmas make up games are a bit heavier usually than the look you had in the summer. The winter requires a great deal of moisture so be sure you apply a layer of moisturizer before starting your make up. Base, powder, blush and highlighter are the basics. Add a bit of holiday glam and glamour to your lips and eyelids to really make things sparkle and dazzle.
